Hello and welcome to SimQual. Signing up as a SimQual Appraiser is simple and shouldn't take very long at all. The steps are as follows:
Step 1 - Download the paperwork
Step 2 - Send your documentation
Please email the following documents to appraiser@simqual.com
- Completed Application
- Completed and Signed W-9 Form
- Current License
- E&O Insurance - Declarations Page
- Resume
Step 3 - Create your account at SimQual.com
- Go to the Appraiser Sign-up Page and create your account. (The page will open in a new tab) The first page is company information and the second page will create your login.
Step 4 - Define your coverage area
- Once you have gone through both sign-up pages you can log into your account and upload your documentation (optional) and most importantly, define your coverage area. Go to "Enhanced Coverage Area" in your profile to define your coverage area by State, County, or Zip Code.
